problem is i cannot get the grip modeled right it alwas turns out flat(even with chamfer)[/img]

Almost done? You're kidding right? You've barely modeled half of the gun. Your MP5 has very little detail (and quality).

How to make the grip rounded? Model it rounded! How hard is that? Make it out of a cylinder with 6-8 sides, or a box with 3 segments and move the vertices around and scale them to form the grip.
