I just used my TV as the working monitor.

1. The screenshot I took on my disrupted monitor looks perfectly normal on a working monitor.
2. I swapped out the cable between my TV and my monitor and the problem didn't go away.

So that means that there is either:
A. Something wrong with the monitor's settings
B. Something wrong with the monitor itself. :\
