i7 920 D0 stepping CPU,
GPU
ATi HD 4890 CF, 4870X2 CFX, nVida 295, nVida 285 SLI or wait a little for the ATi 5870's
RAM
6 GB 2000MHz Consair Memory

2 TB WD's / Data Drive
160 GB SSD HHD / OS Drive
Monitor
Try 24" or 30" screens, I recommend the Dells.
Get a blu-ray drive, get a good case, I recommend you look into water cooling this or getting a real good air sinking units, you should get a good after market cooler for the CPU and overclock it to 4GHz or so.
I could had gone into details but am too tired.
Remember when buying a GPU, you get it for the games you play and not what is the best, you should spend time reviewing each part.
