I bought all mine on eBay. Basically I went on eBay everyday and typed in "stealth tank" "flame tank" "havoc renegade" "mammoth tank" "orca" "command and conquer toy" and so on. (lol)
I did this everyday and sure enough, every 2-3 months I discovered sellers putting the items for sale. So that way, I bagged the whole deal in about a year.
They were made and sold in bunches in the weeks following Renegade's release but due to poor marketing, nobody really bought them. The bad reviews given for Renegade did not help either. So the items were discontinued.
It's pretty sad since I think C&C would have been a great area for EA to exploit but they seem more happy with craping out repetitive games with dumb chicks than truly expand the game in the way it was done for other games like Halo, Starcraft (atleast when it came to collectibles).
