A ban for shared serials is probably issued because that serial is known to be distributed on the internet, rather than legally.

Deleting an account like that will free up a space in your limit of 9.

You can install Renegade on several PCs with the same serial, provided you are sure that only one of those will be used at a time, those machines should also all be yours.
