id recommend removing the port forwarding then if your not using it outside your house network
to give you an example, this is my current setup:
Desktop ( 192.168.0.106)
Real vnc server
accept connections on port 5900, 3600
Access control is disabled
Router
Firewall:
ALLOW RealVNC1
SOURCE = *,*
DEST = LAN,192.168.0.106
PORT = 5900
So then on my laptop, i go to real vnc viewer
Connect to : 192.168.0.106
My laptop required no other configurations. Windows firewall shouldn't even ask.
