Yea, this problem only arose recently and has never happend to me before. Ever since I emtied out my Temporary Internet Files folder, IE has really been acting like a bitch. It seems like it's having performance issues or something becuase everytime I move the mouse, any animation on the screen stops. When I stop moving the mouse, everything starts moving again. And when I scroll up or down it moves very jerky and laggy.

Can anyone help?
