I have played online on one computer, but

But the other computer doesn't have to go
online, I only want to LAN own made maps
with it like Co-op

Install your official copy on both computers. You can use an official copy on multiple computers at the same time, even to go online.

I was always blocked when attempting to do WOL in the past with 2 game with the same CD key, LAN worked fine though.
