Well as I said I uploaded a clean copy the other week, which I know works because I tested it before uploading it, so either the file has become corrupted on the server again (unlikely, otherwise these forums would be going down all the time if it was that likely to screw up files) or something on your computer is causing it to become corrupted during the download. As I mentioned before, I find that download managers and/or accelerators tend to scerew up downloads of NSIS installers.
