The one thing that that video is wrong about is the teenager part. From my experience, teenagers are the least problematic on forums. Where as most problems are from kids 12 and under or adults 20 and over.

Younger kids tend to randomly blurt out curse words and fail to spell out entire words consciously. Where adults tend to believe they are always right on everything they ever say and are never, ever wrong. And in the cases that they are wrong, they say "well I'm older than you so that means I'm right."

The teenager group tends to use the shorthand for random unfunny comedic situations (such as in spam posts) or when the are in a rush to type something out. However, I do agree that they are the most defiant group, trying to tell other site admins how to run their sites.
