I see the problem it seems you have those reversed, #LBadmin should be set as the admin channel and #LBgaming should be set as the public channel so it should be like this:

# IRC admin channel
ircAdminChannel = #LBadmin
ircAdminChannelKey =

# IRC public channel, leave channel name blank to disable
ircPublicChannel = #LBgaming
ircPublicChannelKey =
