Well I agree with you that the encoding is pure crap, but I haven't got any problem in understanding the dialog (of course, maybe its just me). Of course an Russian accent was meant to be used. But how exactly would you describe the issue ? The actor's way of speaking isn't understandable ? Or is it the sound encoding that's crappy ? Or maybe both ?
I'm asking so that I might see what can be done to improve this in the future.
