Run it only select "WOLAPI" when it asks for the file path delete the one that is there and enter this one: C:\Program Files\EA Games\Command & Conquer The First Decade\Internet
then install should work after that is done I believe.

Happens to me aswell
its missing a Wolapi file which i need that too.
I install the C&C TFD and renegade still dont work some of the other like corrupted files on vista.other C&C TFD games do have problems too.
I dont think its vista compatible
