Im thinking about upgrading my computer but my buget is around $300. I think all I want to do it get a new mother board and processor w/ ram. I wanna go with an AMD processor but im not sure about the motherboard and what type of ram i'll need. So I wanna know what motherboard, processor(AMD) and ram I can get with my buget.

p.s I may be able to stretch my buget a little bit.
