If you've had Windows 98 installed for a long time, I found that it deteriorates over use due to more programs installed and poor disk management. Re-installing Windows 98 might help

1. ARE YOU SERIOUS???? I hope that you are joking!! Well there myght be some true on it, but still.... I have This computer with windows 98 for over 2 years. I re-installed it only once, but that was long time ago.
2. What do you mean by "poor disk management"?
3. What does word "deteriorates" mean?
