It's not even the issue I'm concerned with. It's the principle of asking for help when there's no effort put forward to find the proper place to ask it. The fact that people automatically default to the community forums is stupid, especially when it's just as easy to Google the server's forums/site.
Then, if people can't find what they're looking for with reasonable effort put forward, then asking the forums about where to go would be appropriate, instead of creating a thread bitching about the situation at hand.
