No by gaming benchmarks. The radeon performs at about 80/70% off a 8800 GT while the 9600 GT is at 97/96%. That is in various games on various setings and resolutions based on the amount of FPS reached. Especially on the higher resolutions nVidia cards are much better. After all the amount of FPS you get at games is the primary reason to buy a new GFX card Wink

Considering most games are designed and optimized around nVidia cards you can't really say it's "fair", and ATi have great technology for HD video formats, I don't think nVidia cards can give off a great HD video for movies as much as ATi cards can.

Presence is a curious thing, if you think you need to prove it... you probably never had it in the first place.
