I don't think the 98 stands for the year... or there'd by build 45, in which you think EA has been making Generals since 1945 (an impossibility, obviously).

Why would you (not directly to npol) want the 98th build anyway?
I mean, they probably done 100 builds, and gave you the game.

98 is the only build that was released to the public AFAIK.
It used to be hosted on www.cncreneclips.com apparently. (It may have been re-upped there). Also try www.cncden.com
