Indeed, also to make one other rumor out of the world. You can play Renegade +60 fps with a Geforce 2MMX PCI. 50 players servers are no match for today's Core 2, Qaud's armed with 8Mb cache.
If you have a high end system. Because Renegade is hardly any graphics dependant.
For example a Core 2 Qaud
However if you wish to play other games, then that's a different story.
