In this case, "weaker" is not pertaining to physical strength. The article is about whites being "genetically weaker" than blacks. In other words, black genes are more stable, whereas white genes are more prone to mutate, thus dilluting the genome pool. I know my subject line lead to believe otherwise, but I was just joking Smile
