But if the old lady was a good and faithful woman to god then she would be sent to heaven where she would experience eternal bliss. Therefor it would be better to die and go to heaven rather than to stay on earth.

IF the old lady was good. She could be...''So-so'', and could go to limbo, purgatory, etc. And hell, the way the scriptures read, you can condemn yourself to an eternity of misery for doing a few mild things wrong. The old lady isn't necessarily good. It even says in the bible that ''Walking through the gates of heaven is a task for those who are pure of heart''. Not many people are ''pure of heart''.

Also, heaven is described as a wondrous and happy place, but it never says you will be completely happy. You won't see your children, your friends, family, anything, until many years pass and they as well, and even then, they may not go to heaven. See how this starts to riccochet?

How can I have everlasting happiness without the ones who care for me and that I spend my life with? Oh, wait, I'll use the argument of every priest and pastor in the world, ''With god, all things are possible''. Lol.

How do you know your friends and family won't go to heaven? It's something you can look forward to. And how can you say you won't be happy up in heaven when you've never been to heaven? If you don't believe in God, then you may not think heaven is a great place. But if you do, then you know that what he's got up there for you is the most amazing thing, something you can't even dream of, nor think of. To tell you the truth, I don't think God will send THAT many people to hell. I think all you have to do is live a good life, because some people believe what their parent taught them and by what the people around them believe in. All in all, I DON'T CARE WHAT you think about what I believe. I BELIEVE it's right- you don't have to. You know what else you don't HAVE to do? Make fun of what I think. I'm not making fun of you for not believing in God or what's written in the bible. So c'mon dude, just stop.

You continue to blab about the exact same stuff, over and over, disregarding my arguments. Have you ever read the bible? Obviously not. Because you would know how easy it is to get into hell. It says in the bible, and this is JESUS saying this, ''Though can curse me with no punishment, but if though cursith the holy spirit, thou shalt be condemned to hell fires for all eternity to burn for thy sin''. They're essentially, burned battered tortured and ripped to pieces over and over for ALL. OF. ETERNITY. Or at least, in some versions of the story ''The lord reclaims all souls, and brings the dead back to life, and all sins will be forgiven''. No one, no matter how cruel, deserves that. Yes, but that is why Jesus died for our sins. If we say "Hey Holy Spirit, screw you." We will go to hell. But Jesus died on the cross so that we wouldn't go to hell. Because we are CREATED, God loves us all and couldn't bear to see everyone EVERYONE go to hell, He sent down God The Son to live among us and die on the cross, which is said in the old testement. "His son will come die for us all." Maybe not the exact words, but you can find it in the old testement.

Hell and torture as you put it, is our test to see if we are good enough to come back to God and Heaven. Sarcasm

Hold this debate for a couple days, I'm getting a religous guy to come on my account. He'll continue this. I think...
