But somehow, I can't accept the whole "It's a conspiricy! The government did it!" option. That kind of thinking is akin to the ancient Greeks thinking Zues causes Lightning. "We can't think up a way this would happen, so we'll blame it on a higher power/authority/something we don't understand!"

Calling it a government conspiracy is one thing, but 4 of these lines cut within such a short period of time?
