Eh. Aslong as she's not getting raped or whatever, it's fine. Even if it ends up in disaster.

People learn things best when they see it with their own eyes. So if she sees that online dating sucks, she'll probably be less apt to do it.

Personally though, online dating CAN work out, aslong as you both live within a reasonable distance between eachother and can drive to eachother once every week or once every other week or so. Sometimes they can end up being better too, if you're able to keep a relationship going through talking instead of sexual desires.

But being 13? Eh. It won't work out, but as I said, let her find out for herself. Another part of being a teenager is pretty much disobeying what everyone says. Someone tells you to stop, you go. Someone tells you to not jump off a cliff, you make a sport named "Cliff jumping".

Well, when they're a parent, anyways.
