Chack your bios for AGP settings. Make sure you have 8x AGP enabled on the device bacause as far as i know that card is an 8x AGP bus type. Other than that the card is getting unstable and resetting because you pushed it too far. This is normally a result of a dodgy cooling system. Put your hand on the heatsink of the GPU when in operation, if you can't hold your had on the heatsink then thats a sign of over heating. Normally if something is too hot to hold for more than a few seconds the temperature is around 55 - 65 degrees. Saying that it could be related to something else in your PC and or a fault on the card.
