That's is some pretty extreme stuff there. You must really live in a very depleted area.

Not many people have a valid excuse for there children being "Bad". But if someone has financial problems like credit card debt or there Marriage isn't in order(So to speak), i guess that there childs choice of wordage and language use isn't the most pressing matter.

A parent should always be concience of what there child wants, needs and there state of mind. That is a parents job...there responsibility.
But in life there is so much more that they have to consider and deal with. I mean the Bills, Money, Job. And the other problems adults face can easily distract or interfere.

I am very fortunate though. I have a Mum & Dad who are still together, a moderate income of cash between them and a reasonable house to live in.
My parents are very commited to keeping me and my brothers respectable. They at great financial expense moved houses when i was 6. As the area we used to live in was a bit of a dump.

The neighbors shouted, swore and even cursed at us frequently. If a football went over there fence by accident they would deliberately set there dog on it to chew it up then throw it over whilst shouting "here's ya fucking ball!"

I don't think that parents should hit there kids frequently to keep them from swearing etc. If you start to implement punishments like "No T.V after 5o'clock" if you did something really bad or other things of that category at a relatively young age(About 3-4) i think it can have the same psychological impact on a child to behave.
Without having to hit them physically.

ITS TRUE I LIVE in and grew up around some major gangs and kids here are worst then most of you guys whould so in ur lives and the adults....o boy....to me u can be best perent ever and kids still cna make fucked up decisions....its kinda up to them really.
