Try the SSGM functions:
void Set_Obj_Radar_Blip_Shape(GameObject *obj,int Shape); //Workaround for broken Commands->Set_Obj_Radar_Blip_Shape
  void Set_Obj_Radar_Blip_Color(GameObject *obj,int Color);
