They probabl started making the Nod one but EA forced them to release it. There are traces of a GDI singleplayer refinery and other GDI singleplayer stuff around , which indicated they may have been working on it. Also there were going to be lots of multiplayer game modes, see http://wwww.renhelp.co.uk/modes.php on my site.
