Seeing as you're ten, you have to spend plenty more time with schoolwork.
Try reading a book every month, because although you may hate doing it now, ten years down the line, you'll thank yourself. 
Or, you can try reading the newspaper. I started reading the front page section when I was 12. It takes a while to read through the first section, but your parents will be happy to help you learn about the world around you.
Of course, you can always play a good game of 'kick the can' .

Good speech however he isn't Ten, hes in year 10. Which would make him 14/15. But I totally agree with reading a book, I use to hate reading books, found it boring but then I actually sat down one evening and read it properly and now I read a new book once a month or so.
