I believe that the Secret class is where the 'extra' units are. When you type in "Extras" in console, you get access to new units. Simply by holding down left alt and selecting either Characters or Vehicles, you get into new menu areas.

I'm guessing that one of them is the "Secret" and the other is the "Equipment" But I could be wrong..
