This is a prime example of why government spending is never a good thing. The government will ALWAYS spend more money than it has (thanks to all of the idiots crying for government money), and then when deficits like this arise, the people are the ones fucked. It's a grand system, isn't it?

Not to mention this is why you don't let a Canadian try and govern your state. Stupid Granwhore.
