Put scripts.dll and scripts2.dll into your mod folder where your mod is saved. You can get script.dll by looking in the forums, and scripts2.dll in black-cell.net/clientscripts.zip, just use scripts2.dll in the blacl-cell one, I use it and it is compatible with the latest scripts.dll
