Thats like sueing RenForums because someone posts warez - its the user at fault, not a public service such a RenForums/YouTube

Yes, because they're keeping it on there. Like you're not allowed to host any DBZ videos due to copyright. If you give others access to your fileserver they can install the stuff, but you can delete it in a matter of seconds. For something as big as youtube it would take them a month or so to find anything like that.

I thought you would know this...
