Quote: | Had Vacation job, but i did some Searching
i have a fortron PSU with 350 Wattage, som seller today told me they had some PSU's, Huntkey and X Gear, are those nice brands? i was thinking of getting an corsair or fortron, with 450 wattage or above, price can be 120-180 Euro ( srry, i live in Europa ) Besides this im getting 2 DDR 400 mhz Sticks of 1024 MB ram ( its possible on my motherboard--> yay for Dual ) and prolly an SApphire Radeon X1950 pro, but are the other good brans for the x1950 pro? i heard 3D club isnt that good, MSI could be ok, or pure Ati, but i heard Sapphire was the most common and good working one.

Get the Corsair PSU. Huntkey is decent, fortron is decent, but nothing spectaculair.
As for the VGA, go with MSI or Saphire, look at the cooling ( Which one looks better and see if the ram on the VGA all have heatsinks/ good heat disposal.
Quote: | I vote for Antec psu's. Quality psu for a reasonable cost

gotta love the antec neoHE it is probably on of the best PSU's of Antec out there.
Quote: | Make sure you get the +12V rating on the PSU too. The minimum should be 18A, ideally 20A or above. That's more important these days than total wattage. The truth is, even 300-350 watts would be enough for MOST PCs, as long as it's a good brand/quality and has a beefy +12V rail(s). I've never heard of Huntkey or X Gear. Corsair makes decent RAM, but I don't know about PSUs, becuase I didn't know they made them. Fortron makes decent PSUs. If you have 120-180 to spend though, I'm not sure what that is in dollars, but 120-180 dollars could get a really high end PSU to give you an idea.

This is very true
Btw: Corsair PSU's are made specially for Corsair by Seasonic.
Seasonic makes superb and quite PSU's

From what I read on the MSI site, your motherboard doesn't support Dual Channel mem.
Quote: | Bottleneck? and i will post the brand of the Ram, they were €75 a piece, and srry, but im Dutch, Whats densetity? i know what it means but what does it mean with RAM Memmory?.

That's alot of money..
You can get 2x 1 GB Corsair, Kingston for 95 euro's if you order it with a webshop. 6,50 postal package.
I just checked on the MSI website
If this is your motherboard..
http://www.msicomputer.com/product/p_spec.asp?model=pM8M-v&class=mb
Then this is the memory test report on your motherboard.
http://global.msi.com.tw/uploads/test_report/TR10_205.pdf
Which memory did you buy?
Most motherboards like to eat Kingston, Corsair too, but most of the time Kingston works, both have lifetime warranty
Last but not least ( might be something to consider)
Quote: | Hmm, i will buy it, as i will upgrade my CPU too prolly ( Mobo maybe later, sticking to an AGP mobo untill i got enough for hole upgrade ).
|
Alternate.nl has a nice Upgrade set right now.
Intel Core 2 Duo ""Conroe L" for 1.8ghz
1 GB mem
Mortherboard by Foxconnn
150 euro's
Even though it's low end step in model sys. It would blow away what you have now. And that for the price of the 2x 1GB sticks you plan on buying.
Get a nice PSU with that, and a PCI express card which is fairly cheaper then a Mid end AGP Card...
