Everyone here is right. It will be very noisy, not quiet like you're hoping. The noise from a fan is mostly from the air they push, not the fan themselves. This is why larger fans are quieter. They can spin slower than smaller fans and still move just as much air. A spinning HDD platter doesn't move air (it's actually "almost" air tight in there), so it's relatively quiet. A fan spinning at that 7200 RPM, on the other hand, will sound like a jet.
