I think your current host XCC WOL IRC Server was changed by XWIS WOL IRC Server Client utility. Normally is there USA Server and last week was changed IP of XWIS because was moved on another servers.

So start XWIS Client utility again and click on button Reset (WOL).

If you havent it. Use this copy.
