Heck, enough people are resorting to abbreviating what they say as they would on the internet... enough that they actually parody it in a commercial. (I can't find that one either... it's a commercial with a mom and daughter talking. The Daughter is using abbreviations used in texting to talk with her mom.)

I remember watching a advert on Aprils fools day, On the advert, This old geezer said "lol", I'm not kidding as-well!

Presence is a curious thing, if you think you need to prove it... you probably never had it in the first place.
