Guess what? THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A LEGAL ROM SITE! Roms are illegal reproductions of console games. While I'm sure the law can overlook owning a rom -if you own the actual game. However, distributing them is illegal, and no amount of disclamers will save you. (If they did, imagine how many drug and crime lords would use them  ) Why are they illegal? Because the comanies that make them loose money. Only if a company actually releases a statement allowing the production of them, they will continue to be illegal even after the product is no longer made. (I have yet to see such a statement released.)
