So... Your opinon? I mean besides confusion.

Ok here is mine. The agreement was made. So hand them over imediately. And further more Mathew 7:12.

Though I do not see why they would move so many troops out of that area because of this incident. If it hadn't have happened there it likely would have happened else where.

And I find it odd that it took over half a month for this to get out in the public. I understand Mathew 18:15-17 yet half a month is a bit extreme.
