yeah i've found the solution to the retangle block.. it was due to Directx 9 without the script.

But low fps is still occuring.. and i've tested multiple games.. and all show low fps.. so i started looking for other problems.. and it seems like my "Intel Pentium 4 64bit DualCore processor" has a heating problem. ( Speedfan sais it's about 95* Celcius...! so i guess i've to buy a new processor )

BTW. the outside monitor of my computer gives only 45 / 50. So i didn't realy notice the heating.. but now i know that the outside monitor is broken too Wink

You prolly just have a fan that isn't working correctly?
