Take the model for the charictor. Put it in a sitting position and take the bones out.
Put the seat1 or whatever it is called bone for the vhicle and put it where you want the visible driver to be.
Use a script (JWF_Visible_Ocupant i think) and choose the model of the sitting person you made!
Thats it I think... Chronojam would know.
