My thoughts on this:
* Playing in windowed mode decreases your game performance. Some people play in windowed mode anyway so that they can multitask. Its no wonder that these same people are usually the ones who aren't helping the team, because they are too busy trying to cyber on MSN and whatnot
* The magnifier does magnify, but honestly I don't see why you or anyone else would have any trouble hitting that guy (even in the head) from there.
* If the magnifier is cheating, then playing the game at 640x480 or 3240x240 must be as well
