If you want SirPheonixx I can skin some of those models. I know photoshop like the back of my hand.

If you'll notice in the size 18 font that it says that those models are/were for mods that weren't on renegade (quake3/halflife/etc.). Most of those guns already have skins and are already in game. (You'll notice that I said that we have people to skin them for the modelers.)
