Ah, but everything we've bought from Dell has worked well enough to not need Customer Support. Also, all the computers at both my mother's and father's workplace are Dells.

Oh, I built the main PC myself, quite a good deal in the end. Total cost of PC= £200 from info-tech systems
Total cost of 19" screen= £200 from Dell (Super-duper ultrasharp DVI model)
I also love the Dell style, only the Apple Cinema screens look nicer IMO.
