I think he said he can't pickup the flag.... I think...

Create a script zone on the pedestal, and add a script to spawn the flag, and when a member of the enemy team comes into the zone use Attach_Object_To_Bone() to make it follow them.

There are probably some scripts available to do this for you already... or you could just download an existing CTF mod...
