Exactly, which is why I said that the nick should go back to Kamuix. TA is no longer able to provide the box, therefore the contract is void. You don't automatically get it simply because you are paying for the box.

Correct. Providing that what we see here is the entire story.

Edit: just to make a clarification:

So long as TA (through jshultz) is providing Kamuix with a box, they get the use of the name. That's what the arguement is about: Kamuix is still getting the use of the box that TA agreed to provide, but no longer has the nick.
