I disagree. If you can come up ontop of an Orca in an Apache they have little or no chance of surviving. Also, if you know how to use the missiles correctly this shouldn't be a problem anyway.

Then all the orca has to do is use rockets.. they lock on, and get a range boost, so they can hit the apache. Plus they do quite a bit of damage. You can kill an enemy helicopter faster with rockets, than with the gun, givin all the rockets it..

Good luck hitting the Apache when it's hovering directly above you. By the time you get in position to actually hit it, you'll be at least at half health.
