The mod you are thinking of was was made by me, based off a mod that Jess created over two years ago. Unfortunately I do not have it anymore. But i did recently send it to spacer from fan-maps.com, he should have a version similar to it. Get it off of him ad I will adapt it back to the version you are refering to.
