I really don't use NR that much.. But heres what you can check for

- IRC Settings (Must be completely filled out so it can connect to the irc server)
- FDS Settings (Make sure all the ports and the FDS Dirctory is set properly)

Those are the 2 things that are necessary to run NR Listen
