Here is a serious answer.

You and a friend go and stand by the front door of the ref(the one by the big door). He stands in the corner closest to the door, you jump on his head. Then you both jump together, and you press w while hitting the jump button. If the server doesn't have CP2, and you do it right, you will be up on the ref in no time.

You're a bad, bad man. You just taught a n00b how to abuse glitches. He'll be planting beacons in impossible places in every server her joins now. Sad
