Actually, I've been playing Renegade for a couple of months now, and finally there's one server that won't let me play there anymore until I install RenGuard.
So... Last night I installed Renguard and I got the same message. That my ID is shared. No servers would list. I went into chat support... told re-boot... I did... didn't work. I was then told to go to this forum and read the sticky. I did... but i read that before and removed the "TM..." from the install directory (yes I own Decade)...
Then I found this posting... I don't know what you mean when you say direct connect with RenGuard. Help? But... you should know, that I restored my workstation (I use Ghost 9). The entire HD, and now that RenGuad is gone... I can connect again like usual... except that one server that requires RenGuard. I fear that sooner or later more of those servers will require RenGuard. Please... what is direct connect with RenGuard? Or... How do I correct the shared license issue?
